Swimming Pool / Spa Barrier Inspection report (Form 23) – Required by Council

Have you received your letter from council stating you require a pool/spa barrier inspection – Then this is the one for you!. Our inspector will attend your property and conduct all of the tests required so that you can provide the council with your certificate. You will receive a self-check template prior to the inspection so that there won’t be any nasty surprises.
There is no additional cost for the certificate – it is all included in the one low fee.

FREE! If your barrier was not deemed compliant on the first occasion – you would have been provided with a comprehensive report, along with solutions to fit your budget and not destroy the look of your beautiful area. We are happy to find contractors to work for you, or to speak with your own contractors. The important thing is that we have a commitment to your barrier compliance – not to find a reason to fail you for a second inspection – costing you more money.
If you are in our local service area, there will be no charge at all for the reinspection. Not in our local service area? No problem – We work all over Melbourne, so if we are heading nearby we can reattend at no cost to you.
